Jio has completed the plan to provide 5G service in 1000 cities in India. Under this, all 22 Telecom Circles will be covered. Almost all the people of India can get faster and more efficient 5G coverage.
Reliance Jio put 40% of its bid for 700 MHz spectrum bands because a tower of frequency can provide a signal range of 6-10 km, and offers a very good 5G Internet service.
Jio 5G Launch Date
Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani recently said that the company is going to celebrate its 76th Independence Day with great pomp, the Amrit Festival of Independence. On this day Reliance Jio will roll out 5G service all over India.
He also said that this rollout process will be first tested in metro cities, which may take three to four months. After that 5G services will be divided into Tier 2 & Tier 3 and will be completed early next year.

Initially, Jio 5G has been rolled out in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Jamnagar cities. Although the company has also told that, they are planning to provide the service in 1000 cities of India.
