About Shivani Jerngal

  • Shivani Jerangal is a resident of Kunjwani, a remote village of Jammu.
  • she has completed her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Delhi Technological University.
  • This was her second attempt (Did not clear prelims last time) in UPSC and she has brought laurels to his family by securing All India Rank 300 in CSE 2021 exam.

In an interview with the media, she said “I started my UPSC preparation journey in 2020 and joined a couple of coaching centres mostly for test series.” She, however, preferred self-studies over coaching classes as she could plan her studies according to her own will and convenience.
