When Apala completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Hyderabad in 2017 and was selected as a dentist in the army, Apala dreamed of becoming an IFS ( Indian Foreign Service) and started fulfilling this dream and in 2018 Started preparing for UPSC by staying at home and cracked UPSC in third attempt.

There are 4 members in the Apala’s Home, her mother Alpana Mishra is a professor of Hindi in Delhi University and her father Colonel Amitabh Mishra and brother Major abhilekh Mishra are officers in the Army, besides Apala’s grandfather is famous hindi litterateur “Hazari Prasad Dwivedi”.

Full Strategy
Apala Mishra, while sharing her UPSC strategy, said that success in any field can be achieved only through self-confidence, discipline and time management, if you make any routine, then you have to follow that routine always and almost you will have to study 7 to 8 hours a day. you should always know why you want to become an IFS because when you will know that the work you want to do to become an IFS, then you will succeed in that work with such enthusiasm.

Apala Mishra is a 24 year Hyderabad (BDS Bachelor of Dental Surgery) graduate student who cracked UPSC Civil Services exam in 2020 and secured 9th rank in CSE 2020-2021, She is a resident of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh completed her graduation in Dental Surgery from army college of dental sciences Hyderabad.
