- In the second box, if you are a doctor, you need to indicate this by checking the appropriate option. This is to ensure that you can be provided assistance in case of a medical emergency.
- The third box provides an option for Senior Citizens. If you wish to avail the benefits of being a Senior Citizen, indicate “Yes” or “No.” If you are availing the benefits, ensure you carry a valid age-proof document with you.
