  22. If any employee is on official tour and during transit of back journey, if the employee fall and sick during transit and stayed in between for treatment, what kind of leave the employee is entitled?

  23. Swamy has been extending excellent services to the Central Government Servants. Being served in the Government, we have availed the services of Swamy had bundle of policy documents and guiding factors. Kudos.
    Here I would request Swamy for the benefit of retired employees of Govt of India and drawing eligible pension periodically.
    Are the retirees, legitimately, allowed to work for some like minded private or public undertakings for honorarium / pay in the capacity of Consultants? Or regular employees? Is there any upper limit for their earnings? Could they show their income in the ITR or not required? Would these earnings effect their pension factor? Is there any age limit to the retirees to work for the private offices?
    And do they need to obtain permission from the department for which they worked for. I could not locate clarifications for the above queries in the rules. Response awaited. Regards

  33. if any employee transfer from x station to y station on 25 th December 2022 and availed composite Transfer Grant. Further posted to Z station from y station on 20 th February 2023 due to administrative exigencies. and issued ordered as TA/DA as per rules.
    Hence, it is requested to clarify whether the official is eligible to avail one more CTG or not.
    pls clarify
