Through a Twitter post on January 25, 2023, the Adani Group said that the report was “a malicious combination of selective misinformation and stale, baseless and discredited allegations that have been tested and rejected by India’s highest courts”. He questioned the timing of the post (with reference to the Adani Enterprises FPO which came on 27 January 2023 and is the largest-ever FPO in India).

The allegations levelled upon the ADANIS lack substantiation and merits, and most importantly, have desisted from disclosing the authenticity on which these allegations have been underpinned. What are the basic resources from which these allegations are made? Have any previous peer-reviewed scholarly articles been published by any authorships, indian or foreign regarding the musdemours of Gautam Adani? This report is unconvincing since it lacks facts,, figures and statistical data to prove their points.
