This book is available for free to everyone in PDF format on Google Drive. Grab it and enjoy the success story of how a small village boy became an IPS officer. Remember that failure is an inevitable part of the journey to success. Great success often comes only after experiencing failure multiple times.

For instance, Thomas Alva Edison faced numerous failures before inventing the light bulb. A single success doesn’t make someone talented; true talent is developed by persevering through failures and setbacks. Tenzing Norgay failed seven times before successfully conquering Mount Everest. If he had given up after the first or second failure, he would never have achieved this remarkable feat.

Another example is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India, who encountered setbacks. His first Indian rocket launch, SLV 3, didn’t complete its flight, and the rocket wreckage sank into the deep sea just seconds after launch. However, despite this disappointment, Abdul Kalam went on to elevate India’s reputation in the world by successfully launching the first Indian launch vehicle within two years.
